My name is Nhat, and I am the CEO of Nokasoft. I was born on May 6, 1988. I graduated from the Faculty of Information Technology at Hanoi University of Science and Technology in 2011, after which I worked for an IT outsourcing company targeting the Japanese market.

In 2012, I moved to Japan, where I lived in Kawasaki, Kanagawa Prefecture, and worked as an iOS engineer for a major Japanese company. In 2014, I returned to Hanoi and worked as a project manager and bridge engineer for smartphone and web application projects until 2018.

In 2018, I co-founded Nokasoft with a few friends. Nokasoft specializes in software development for the Japanese market. We have over 10 years of experience collaborating with major Japanese partners in various industries such as e-commerce, healthcare, medical, matching platforms, and real estate. We have extensive experience, especially in mobile app and web app development. Recently, we have also expanded into the fields of IoT, AI, and blockchain.

My name is Nguyễn Văn Nhẫn, CEO of NokaSoft Japan.

I have been working in the information technology industry for 12 years. I have lived in Japan for about 10 years.

I entered Hanoi University of Science and Technology in 2006 and was part of the HEDSPI project of the IT faculty. HEDSPI (Higher Education Development Support Project on ICT) is a project initiated by JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency) and Hanoi University of Science and Technology in 2006 as an ODA project aimed at “nurturing advanced IT human resources for the Japanese market”. I studied IT and Japanese for 5 years at the university. I graduated from the same university in 2011.

Since my fourth year of university (2010), I had a part-time job as a software developer to apply what I had learned at university. After graduating, I started working as an IT engineer. I have worked as a developer, team leader, project leader, BrSE (Bridge System Engineer), PM (Project Manager), and account manager. In system development, I have experience in requirements analysis, logical design, physical design, programming, review, integration testing, system testing, etc.

For me, I believe that creating value in Japan will expand as the mobility of human resources and experience becomes more flexible, whether it’s for startups or business development in large companies, whether the experience is of success or failure.
