We hereby inform you that, as part of our global expansion and brand unification strategy, our company has changed its company name, and accordingly, we have started using a new official company seal. Please find the details below.

1. Regarding the Change of Company Name and Company Seal

Company Seal: Seal under the name “NokaSoft Company Limited”

[After the Change]
Company Name: NKKTech Software Company Limited
Abbreviation: NKKTech Software Co., Ltd.
Corporate Number: 0109312053
Company Seal: Seal under the name “NKKTech Software Company Limited”

This change is intended to achieve brand unification across the entire NKKTech Group, including NKKTech Global (Singapore).

2. Regarding the Name “NKKTech”

“NKKTech” is a brand name with the following meaning:

• NKK: Abbreviation of NokaSoft Kaisha (NokaSoft Company)

• Tech: Technology

NKKTech represents a technology-focused company that originates from NokaSoft and expands globally with technology as its core.
This name will be used as the common brand of the entire group for all external activities going forward.

3. Legal and Contractual Handling

This matter concerns only the change of company name and company seal.
There are no changes to the legal entity, corporate number (registration information), tax number, or registered address.

Accordingly, please note the following:

• Existing contracts, memorandums, and agreements remain valid.

• No contract re-execution is required.

• Documents bearing the former company name and seal issued prior to the change remain valid.

4. Company Structure and Project Structure

There are no changes to the company’s structure (management structure or organizational structure) as a result of this change.

For all ongoing projects:

• Project members

• Assigned engineers

• Project managers

• Development structure

will remain unchanged, and business operations will continue as before.

There will be no impact on business content, quality, schedules, or contact persons.

5. Payments and Bank Accounts

Regarding payments, please continue to remit funds to the existing company bank account until the end of December 2025.

From 2026 onward, updated bank account information reflecting the company name change will be formally provided separately via document or email.

Please note that this change primarily concerns the account name (company name), and there will be no significant change to the substantive transaction conditions.

Going forward, please use the new company name and new company seal for all transactions and communications.
